Refund policy

Please note: this Return Policy applies to purchases made on Corliving.ca only; it does not apply to purchases made through authorized retailers or in-store at CorLiving Clearance Outlet.

CorLiving.ca Return Policy

All non-final sale items purchased on CorLiving.ca are eligible for return for 30 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, do the following:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the order that you want to submit for return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request Return.

A 20% shipping fee will apply from the original purchase price and will be calculated against the refund to the original purchase method.  The refund will not include any initial shipping charges on the order.  All items marked clearance, final sale, or special order on the sales receipt or product pages are not eligible for return and refund.  The shipping fee will not apply to items that were not shipped.  Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new/resellable condition. The 20% shipping fee will be waived for customers exchanging products (applies to the first exchange only).

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel orders that have not shipped.  Once an order is shipped, it is subject to our standard Return Policy.  Refused packages are subject to the cost of return shipping to our facility and deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items for Online Purchases

We at CorLiving take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Within 30 days of delivery:
    • Complete our Parts Request Form immediately.
    • We'll send replacement parts free of charge.

  2. After 30 days of delivery:

If you prefer to return the item within the 30-day return window, our standard return policy applies with a 20% reshipping fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Lost / Stolen Items

We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your order. However, please be advised that once an item is delivered and left at the specified delivery address, CorLiving cannot be held responsible for any post-delivery loss or theft. Please ensure you provide a secure drop-off point or are present to receive your items to ensure their safety.

 

CorLiving Furniture Clearance Outlet Return Policy

All merchandise purchased from the CorLiving Furniture Clearance Outlet in Surrey, BC is sold on a final sale basis and is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or price adjustment.

All purchases are considered pick & go and must be removed from the premises at the time of sale.

A 7-day warranty is provided against manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or customer transportation and handling.
