A $10 shipping charge will be applied at checkout to orders under $99.

Partner Deliveries –

We are using 3rd party couriers to get your deliveries to you all across Canada. Please check their websites or call their customer service when you received your shipping notification to see what protocols they have in place. 

Small Parcel- 

Small parcel deliveries will be made by one of our contracted carriers (ex: UPS/FED EX). Signatures are not required for small parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will be at the discretion of the delivery courier - please refer to their website for more information

Large Parcel- 

Large parcel deliveries cover the basics of getting your purchase to your front door, Please note that for apartments "front door" is considered the lobby of your building. Signatures are usually required for these types of deliveries - please refer to their website for more information

*Most metropolitan and surrounding areas within Canada are eligible for free shipping. Outside of these eligible free-shipping areas are subject to additional and/or full shipping charges that will be calculated in your cart or at checkout. Items purchased in-store do not qualify for free shipping.

Online Returns Policy

How to return an item you bought online

We want you to love your new item and are pretty sure you will, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please click here to contact us within 30 days of the purchase of your item. Someone from our customer service team will contact you within one business day to issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and provide further instructions.


Please be advised that returned purchases:

  • Cannot have been assembled 
  • Must include proof of purchase, Return Authorization Number
  • Must be complete with all pieces (including hardware)
  • Must be in its original packaging that it was received in.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded



Once your item has been received at our warehouse it is subject to a 72 hour quarantine prior to inspection. Once inspected to ensure the item is in its original packaging AND original condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your initial form of payment.


Final Sale 


If you have purchased a CLEARANCE item this sale is FINAL and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. 


If you have purchased a item marked as "FINAL SALE" it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Canceling an Order

In the event, you change your mind and you would like to cancel an order after purchase we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already left our facility, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard Return Policy. Please note that refusing a package does not automatically ensure a full refund. Refused packages are subject to the cost of return shipping to our facility.

Unauthorized Return

Items returned without proper return instruction and RA# will be regarded as an unauthorized return including, but not limited to refused shipments and undeliverable shipments. Unauthorized or undeliverable return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility 

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in the packing of our products however, in the rare instance an item arrives damaged or defective, please fill out and submit our Parts Request Form immediately so we can have replacement parts sent to you free of charge.

  • All CorLiving products are subject to minor manufacturer changes, modifications, and/or improvements that may result in the item not looking exactly as pictured at time of purchase.
  • CorLiving reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of any merchandise not able to be resold as “new”.
