A $10 shipping charge will be applied at checkout to orders under $99.

Some areas are excluded.

*Most metropolitan and surrounding areas within Canada are eligible for free shipping. Outside of these eligible free-shipping areas are subject to additional and/or full shipping charges that will be calculated in your cart or at checkout. Items purchased in-store do not qualify for free shipping.

Our products are manufactured, then sent to you directly. No retailers, no middle-men.

Online Purchase Policy

How to return an item you bought online

Please click here to contact us within 30 days of the purchase of your item. Someone from our customer service team will contact you within one business day to issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and provide further instructions.

Customer is responsible for paying the full actual shipping cost to the original order destination plus the shipping cost to return items to our returns centre. Costs will be deducted from your total refund once your return has been processed. We are happy to arrange return shipping for you – please contact us to initiate your return.

Once your item has been received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days on your original form of payment.

If you are located in the Vancouver Area, you can also return your items to our clearance outlet store in Surrey, BC.  Your refund will be processed on your original form of payment.

Returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation prior to given refund. Items must be in original new packaging. Items not in original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in the packing of our products. However, in the rare instance an item arrives damaged or defective, please fill out and submit our Parts Request Form immediately so we can have replacement parts sent to you free of charge.

In-Store Purchase Policy

Items marked “VA” on your receipt can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation. Original proof of purchase is required. Products being returned must be un-assembled, complete with all pieces and in its original packaging. All items marked “CLC” or "Final Sale" on your original receipt are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange and are not covered under our standard furniture warranty.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store.

We recommend that proper room and furniture measurements be taken before purchasing. We are able to have low prices on quality furniture as long as we aim to have our customers purchase wisely.
