SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer FREE shipping on purchases over $299 to many metropolitan and surrounding areas within Canada.
Areas outside of the eligible free shipping zones are subject to standard shipping charges calculated at the time of checkout.
We calculate shipping costs and offer shipping promotions at checkout. Therefore, we cannot update the shipping address after you place your order. Any shipment sent to an undeliverable address is subject to our Unauthorized Return policy below.

All products sold are manufactured and sent to you directly. No retailers, no middlemen.
Occasionally we use 3rd party couriers to deliver our products across Canada. Please check their website or contact their customer service when you receive your shipping notification to see what protocols they have in place.
We do not require signatures for small parcel deliveries. However, the decision to leave your package will be at the discretion of our 3rd party courier. If you have any questions, please refer to their website for more information.
We require signatures for large parcel deliveries. Large deliveries include the basics of getting your purchase to your front door. For apartments, the front door is considered the lobby of your building. For information relating to the delivery service of your large parcel, please refer to the 3rd party carrier's website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. Our customer service team will reply within 1-2 business days to issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number) and provide further instructions.
The following restrictions apply to all returns:
- We do not accept returns on assembled items.
- CorLiving reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of any merchandise we cannot resell as "new."
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
- Returns must include proof of purchase and RA# (Return Authorization Number)
- Returns must be complete with all pieces (including hardware)
- Returns must be in the original packaging.
- Items marked as CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE and all paid replacement parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
When we receive your item at our warehouse, it is subject to a 72-hour quarantine before the inspection. Once inspected for original packaging and original condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Your refund will apply to the original method of payment.

We can only cancel orders that have not shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is subject to our standard Return Policy. Refused packages are subject to the cost of return shipping to our facility and deducted from your refund.
Items returned without proper instruction and RA# will be considered unauthorized. Including, but not limited to the following scenarios:
- Refused shipments
- Undeliverable shipments
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an unauthorized return.
CorLiving takes considerable care in the packaging of our products. In the rare event an item arrives damaged or defective, please complete our Parts Request Form immediately. Replacement parts will be sent to you free of charge if CorLiving is notified within 180-days of purchase.
